And that is why within the objectives planned by LARM for 2021 is the creation of a committee of experiences, that allows us to generate strategies aimed at improving the experience of both internal and external customers by generating products and services aimed at what they really want and need.
With the creation of this committee we seek to link at least one member from each area in order to listen to them and have information from different perspectives on how we can do better, as we understand, we see and perceive what our customer needs and what we can offer him and how we turn the customer experience into a differentiator against our competitors.
