Habeas Data training


The LARM family received during the month of March the training of Personal Data Processing, this training was given by the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota, where we had the opportunity to have a tutor who guided us and gave us all the necessary tools for the acquisition of knowledge necessary for the management of personal data, among these we can mention : The rights of the data subjects, the obligations of the controller and the data controller under the habeas data regime, as well as the classification of personal data, national and international transfer of personal data, Identification of those responsible and those in charge and how is our contractual relationship with them, whether or not the transfer and/or international transmission takes place, among others.


In addition, they provided us with all the information necessary for the preparation of all the documents that must be kept in order to comply with the legal requirements established in the process.


The following objectives were achieved during this training process:


  • We identified the databases managed by LARM

  • We standardized the administration of each of the LARM databases

  • Collection and consolidation of the information that was recorded in the National Registry of RNBD database of the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce SIC.

  • It was modified according to the legal requirements the policy of processing of personal data and Information security policy


It was a very enriching training for the LARM family and we are sure that we can tell our customers that their data is protected!
