I’m Nicolás Orduz Arteaga, I’m very competitive, precise, deductive and analytical person. I am quite practical, curious and I like to try and check everything. I like to be on the beach, to know new places and to eat ice cream. I am one of those who believe that practice makes us perfect and I always try to do things that make me happy and contribute to my personal and professional interests.
I was born on the day of the Saints in Sogamoso Boyacá. I lived there for 17 years until I started college so I came to Bogotá. I am the youngest son on my father's side and the only son on my mother's side, I have 3 sibylings and 4 nephews and nieces. I’m a very familiar person, very united with my parents who are my priority in life.
I’m a business administrator from the Pontifical Xaverian Universidad, I’m currently finishing my master's degree in financial administration at the EAFIT University. I have worked all my life in the commercial area in the commercial banking and insurance sector, I am interested in the subject of financial education and I am a faithful believer that in Colombia we need to work a lot on this subject and we have a lot to learn. Currently I’m Costumer Service and Sales Specialist at LARM Colombia, I want to learn everything about the mobility of transferred professionals, improve all my skills, contribute to the growth of the company and continue to accumulate professional experience.
I like to read suspense books, as well as specialized articles on economics, finance and new technologies. I am doing and learning trading, I love traveling, watching commercial movies, series, soccer, I play poker, practice Tennis field and table tennis. I recently started training functional boxing and I really liked it because it allows me to improve my physical condition and mental agility.
I have also been part of Rotary International for 10 years already, Rotary is a worldwide organization that is responsible for providing humanitarian services in different communities around the world. I believe that we must all contribute to improve the lives of vulnerable people.
