Hi!
My name is Liliana Ordoñez, I have been working at LARM COLOMBIA for eleven years and currently I am the Relocation Manager. I have had the opportunity to be an expatriate and live outside the country, which has allowed me to have my own, personal knowledge of what it means to be transferred and start again in another country together with my whole family.
I am the mother of two beautiful boys who are my great pride and who have taught me every day to be a better person. I am a calm, happy, kind, sensitive, and flexible person and I believe that make it easier for me to work as a team.
Through my work at LARM, I have been able to meet different cultures, people, and stories that have contributed to my personal and professional growth and have given me the opportunity and satisfaction to put my communication and planning skills at the service of coworkers and clients. I feel that guiding and supporting the people around me is part of my contribution and mission in this world.
I am a fervent lover of music and movies, which are some of my favorite hobbies, enjoying music accompanied by loved ones and good wine is a great plan for me, as well as a new movie with good company at the old style in a traditional movie theater.
Throughout my life, I have been inclined towards meditation, neurolinguistic programming, and other alternative sanction sciences that have piqued my curiosity and wonder. I currently practice meditation on a daily basis.
I am not very good at team sports, but I really enjoy the individual sport which is part of my life on a daily basis. During the pandemic I took my culinary skills to another level trying to dabble in healthy and organic food every day is a practice that I think is here to stay in my life.
For me, family is the engine of life, and my family I do not only mean my children, mother, and sister, but also friends who are family and of course the LARM family.
