I’m Patricia Pachón González, a psychologist who graduated from Konrad Lorenz University. I have more than 25 years of experience in the design and implementation of strategic human resources processes. I have had the opportunity to work in different sectors of the economy such as: the financial sector, the human resources consulting services, the pharmaceutical, manufacturing, logistics and transport, among others, This experience has enriched me both professionally and personally. At the professional level I have had the opportunity to visualize and maintain a continuous learning of all the processes of human resources from every optical of the service and product of each company and to adjust them according to the need of the same ones without leaving to the side the human resource as the main potential of organisations, making an integration between the needs of the company and those of the collaborator.
On a personal level, working in the area of human resources has allowed me to develop and empower soft competencies such as leadership, communication, teamwork and what I found most valuable in my work, is that I work for and with people , I think the enrichment that has been given to me by all the people with whom I have worked has been wonderful , I have learned to know more about the behavior of the human being, I have developed my human sensitivity much more and the most important thing is that I have managed to leave a mark on many of them.
Seven years ago I joined this great LARM Family, I am happy working in this company, it gives me a job and personal stability, I have excellent relationships with both my boss and my co-workers and the management I have done in the area, I feel that it has generated a positive impact throughout the organisation, which is reflected in an excellent working climate and when human capital is valued, respected and recognised, has a directly proportional correlation with the quality and warmth in the service we provide for both our internal and external customers.Additionally, this work allows me to have a balance between my family life and work, for me it is very valuable to have spaces that allow me to share with my family and LARM gives them to me.
In my free time I like to do family walks, go to plays, share with my family, enjoy nature, read articles related to personal growth , motivation of current issues related to human resources. I like and enjoy sharing a coffee or a few onces with friends.
